A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket lifts off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Thursday evening. The rocket is carrying an Indonesian communications satellite and an Israeli lunar lander.

If you didn't see it last night, you missed out an a stunningly successful launch. Blastoff occurred at 8:45 p.m. Thursday from Cape Canaveral. The brilliant trail could be seen in the night sky for miles.The rocket's first stage landed on the Of Course I Still Love You drone ship shortly after.
