  • STEM 2018 Bell Drone Competition Committed to furthering STEM education in schools, Bell launched its second annual Bell Drone Competition in late April.
  • Flying Cars: Uber Plans to Test VTOL Aircraft Service in 2020 Uber has been working in collaboration with NASA in order to develop Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) aircrafts and introduce a local air taxi service. These aircrafts will allow for quicker daily commutes, less traffic congestion, and cleaner air around the world. Dallas-Fort Worth, along with Los Angeles and Dubai, will be a pilot city for the service testing in 2020.
